Wise.Blue Next
I worked as a UX/UI designer at Httpool to enhance the user experience of Wise.Blue Next web application.
I was part of a 5-person UX design team that developed a prototype for presentation at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
My work involved user research, prototyping and building a design system. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams and presented design solutions to stakeholders.
MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and analysis
Conducted extensive research on the existing user experience, performed user interviews both domestically and internationally and analyzed competitor solutions to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Competitor research
Conducted in-depth analyses of competing platforms, identifying key features and opportunities to enhance our design.
Designing wireframes and prototypes
Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless transitions across platforms.
User testing and iteration
Did user experience testing sessions, gathered and analyzed feedback and implemented necessary improvements to refine the design.
Presenting solutions
Prepared and delivered presentations of the revamped UX to potential clients and partners, showcasing the value of our design in addressing their business needs.
Preparing developer handoffs
Collaborated closely with developers to ensure that designs were implemented accurately, providing detailed handoff documentation and guidance.
Workshop facilitation
Organized and facilitated brainstorming workshops with cross-functional teams to generate and validate navigation solutions.
Mentorship
Conducted mentorship workshops on user experience design at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science (FRI).
